At Consero, he held the roles of Senior Accounting Specialist (3 years) and Assistant Manager (2 years), where he gained in-depth experience in preparing financial statements under US GAAP and managing end-to-end accounting operations for international clients.

In addition to his corporate experience, CA Girish has developed a strong independent practice, offering expert opinion in direct tax matters, conducting statutory audits under various prevailing statutes, and supporting startups in areas of compliance, structuring, and funding.
